摘要
需求响应管理是智能电网的核心技术,可有效转移用电负荷和保障电网稳定运行。针对需求响应管理系统中存在的频谱资源紧张、通信中断率高等问题,引入认知无线电技术提高频谱资源利用率、改善通信性能。提出一种基于实时电价的需求响应管理方案,通过实时电价控制实现电力供求关系的平衡以最大化社会效益。阐述了需求响应管理方案的实现过程,分析了频谱感知时间、信道切换概率、通信中断率等因素对系统控制性能的影响。理论分析和仿真结果表明,频谱感知技术可有效降低通信中断率、提升频谱利用率,可有效提高需求响应管理系统的稳定性、可靠性,实现电网社会效益的提高。
Demand response management is the core technology of the smart grid,which can effectively transfer power load and ensure stable operation of the grid.In view of spectrum resource shortage and high communication outage probability in demand response management system,cognitive radio technology is introduced to improve the utilization of spectrum resources and communication performance.A demand response management technology based on real-time electricity price is proposed,which sets reasonable electricity price to realize the balance of supply and demand through real-time electricity price control in order to maximize social benefits.The implementation process of demand response management scheme is expounded,and the influence of spectrum sensing time,channel switching probability and communication interrupt rate on system control performance is analyzed.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that spectrum sensing technology can effectively reduce communication outage probability and improve spectrum utilization,and can effectively improve the stability and reliability of the demand response management system and improve the social benefits of power grid.
