摘要
目前塔里木油田低含硫量天然气的脱硫均采用羟基氧化铁固体脱硫剂,为降低成本,加强环境保护,研究了环保型三嗪水溶液脱硫剂在塔里木油田的实用性。根据运行成本分析可知,三嗪水溶液脱硫剂在处理H 2S含量小于3000×10-6的天然气时具备经济效益,处理更高H 2S含量天然气时不具备经济效益,但具备环保效益。三嗪水溶液脱硫剂比常用的羟基氧化铁脱硫剂的运行成本低5.26%,比NaHCO 3溶液操作简单、安全环保、处理成本低,适用于含硫试采井天然气脱硫和密闭装车装置中逸散油气脱硫。随着含硫试采井的数量增加,环保型三嗪水溶液脱硫剂在塔里木油田有着广阔的应用前景。
For the moment,low sour natural gas produced in Tarim Oil Field has the sulphur content removed by Iron Oxyhydroxides solid.To reduce cost and enhance environment protection,this paper presents the practicality of using environmental friendly Triazine Aqueous Solution in Tarim Oil Field.An analysis of operating cost shows that the use of Triazine Aqueous solution is economical for natural gas containing less than 3000×10-6 of H 2S.At higher H 2S concentration,application of this solution is no longer economical but is still environmental friendly.The operating cost of Triazine Aqueous Solution is 5.26%lower than the conventional solid type Iron Oxyhydroxides.When compared with NaHCO 3,it is easier to operate,cheaper to treat and dispose of,safer and environmentally more friendly.The aqueous solution is suitable for sulphur removal of natural gas from trial production wells and of vented gas from enclosed road tankers loading system.With an increasing number of test wells producing sour gas,this environmentally friendly Triazine Aqueous Solution has a wide scope of application in Tarim Oil Field.
