某燃气蒸汽联合循环机组水汽氢电导率超标原因分析及解决措施

摘要 某燃气蒸汽联合循环机组水汽氢电导率数据出现异常升高,综合分析在线仪表、取样系统、补给水对氢电导率的影响,然后采用凝汽器检漏装置检查,发现凝汽器泄漏点。通过投加木屑进行初步堵漏,采用薄膜覆盖法查出管子与管板连接处发生泄漏并及时处理,水汽氢电导率恢复到合格水平,确保了机组安全稳定运行。 The data of water-steam cation conductivity in a gas-steam combined cycle unit has abnormally in creased.The influence of on-line in struments,sampling system and recharge water on cation conductivity were comprehensively analyzed.The leakage points of condenser were detected by using condenser leak detector.The initial plugging was carried out by adding wood chips,and the leakage occured at the connection between the pipe and pipe plate was dectected by means of membrance covering method and timely treated.After timely treatment,the water-steam cation conductivity is restored to normal level,which ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
