摘要
为探究原位控藻过程中养殖水体中溶解性MCs含量变化规律及关键驱动因子,本试验以小檗碱作为杀藻剂,在蓝藻水华暴发盛期的淡水鱼类养殖池塘中,开展了杀藻剂作用下养殖围隔内水中溶解性MCs含量变化规律及其与水化学指标间相关性的研究。试验设置1个药物处理组(小檗碱浓度为4 mg/L)和1个对照组(未添加药物),每组设3个平行,试验为期8 d。试验结果显示:在小檗碱作用下,围隔内水中溶解性MCs含量随时间呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,最高值出现在第三天,MCs含量最大值为4.514μg/L。影响水中溶解性MCs含量的主要环境因子依次为NO3^--N、NO2^--N、NH4^+-N,与其呈正相关,其中NO3--N与MCs呈显著正相关(P<0.05),PO4^3--P、CODmn与其呈负相关。
To explore the change rule of soluble microcystins(MCs)content and its key driving factors in aquaculture water in situ bloom control,berberine was used as algicide in freshwater fish culture pond during the peak period of cyanobacteria bloom,and the change rule of soluble MCs content in enclosure and its correlation with hydrochemical indexes were studied.Algicide-treated group with 4 mg/L berberine and control group without berberine were set up in triplicate.The experiment lasted 8 days.The results showed that the content of soluble MCs in the enclosed water treated with berberine increased first and then decreased,reaching the maximum value of 4.514μg/L on the third day.The main driving factors affecting soluble MCs content positively were NO3^--N、NO2^--N and NH4^+-N in turn,and NO3^--N had significant positive correlation with soluble MCs content(P<0.05).PO4^3--P and CODmn were negatively correlated with soluble MCs content.
