注射器刺入力测试系统研究

摘要 针对微量、无痛注射等研究需要,结合临床医学中注射的工作原理,采用硬件与软件相结合的方式,研究并设计了一种具有刺入速度可控、刺入角度可调和工作稳定等特点的注射器刺入力测试系统。实验采用标准砝码加力等方法对注射器刺入力测试系统的多项性能指标进行分析测试,得出该系统的灵敏度为0.003 V/mN,响应时间小于100 ms,最大迟滞误差为1 mN,重复性误差为±303μN。同时,为验证研发的注射器刺入力测试系统的测试效果,使用人造硅胶模拟皮肤在本系统上进行了带有不同型号针头的注射器刺入力测试实验,实验结果表明,所研制的注射器刺入力测试系统满足实际注射器刺入力测试的要求。注射器刺入力测试系统既可用于不同种类注射器刺入力的测试,也可用于其他领域微小力的精密测试。 Aimed at the research requirements of micro-injection and painless injection,combined with the injection principle in clinical medicine,a combination of hardware and software was used to developed a syringe penetration force measurement system with the characteristics of controllable speed,adjustable angle and stable work.In experiment researches,standard weights were used to measure the performance indicators of the system,where the sensitivity could reach 0.003 V/mN and the system response time was less than 100 ms,with the maximum hysteresis of 1 mN and the repeatability error of±303μN.Meanwhile,in order to verify the actual performances of the system,silicone that simulates artificial skin was used in the syringe penetration force test experiments.The results show that the developed syringe penetration force measurement system can meet the actual requirements for syringe penetration force measurement.Therefore,this system not only could be used to measure the penetration force of various syringes,but also could be used in other fields related to micro-force measurement.
