摘要
存量时代的到来,社区微更新、微改造等问题愈来愈引起人们的关注,而社区农园作为一种介入途径,为社区的可持续发展提供了一种方向。在德国、英国、美国、日本等国家,社区农园良好的经济、生态和社会效益已经被广泛认可且应用,而中国的社区农园发展仍处于探索阶段,尚未建立起完善的组织和管理体系,难以保障资金、专业人才和运营的可持续性。本文通过对英国社区农园的发展历程进行追踪,并结合两个运营良好的社区农园项目,分析社区农园在提升社区建成环境品质方面所起的作用,明确其在营造人性化场所方面的意义,进而从建立健全的行动网络、吸引当地企业投资、培育社区能人和增强公众教育四个方面总结英国社区农园营建的经验,从而为我国社区微更新环节中如何改善环境品质、增强社区认同感提供一定参考。
With the advent of the stock era,issues such as micro-renewal and micro-reform of the community have attracted more and more attention.As a means of intervention,community gardens provide a direction for the sustainable development of the community.In Germany,the United Kingdom,the United States,Japan and other countries,the great economic,ecological and social benefits of community gardens have been widely recognized and applied,while the development of community gardens in China is still in the exploratory stage,and a sound organization and management system has not yet been established.As a result,it is difficult to guarantee the sustainability of funds,professionals and operations.This paper traces the development of community gardens in the UK and combines two well-run community garden projects to analyze the role of community gardens in improving the environmental quality of community,and to clarify its role in creating humanized places.Then the experience of community garden construction in the UK is summarized from four aspects:establishing a sound action network,attracting investment from local enterprises,cultivating community talents and enhancing public education.It provides some reference for how to improve the environmental quality and enhance the sense of identity in China’s community micro-renewal.
