Co-P@C催化剂的合成及其加氢脱氧性能

摘要 采用水热法制备金属骨架材料UTSA-16,以此为钴源,通过程序升温法制备Co-P@C催化剂并对其在苯酐的加氢脱氧反应中的催化性能进行研究.通过XRD表征分析Co-P@C催化剂的组成和结构.Co-P@C催化剂中有Co2P和CoP相.Co-P@C催化剂在温和的反应条件下(220℃和4.0 MPa)具有良好的加氢脱氧催化活性,对产物苯酞的选择性超过了40%. UTSA-16 was prepared by hydrothermal method and used for synthesizing cobalt phosphide catalyst.Co-P@C catalyst has been rapidly synthesized via a temperature-programmed reaction and applied for the hydrodeoxygenation of phthalic anhydride.The synthesized Co-P@C catalyst was analyzed and characterized by X-ray diffraction.Co-P@C catalyst included the phases of Co2P and CoP.Co-P@C catalyst exhibited good activity under mild reaction conditions(220℃and 4.0 MPa),in which the selectivity to phthalide is more than 40%.
