摘要
提升创新能力是福建纺织服装行业获得持续竞争优势的关键,通过与高校和研究机构进行合作,开展产学研虚拟协同创新,为福建纺织服装行业未来的发展开辟了一条新路。基于福建纺织服装行业产学研虚拟协同创新的发展现状,构建纺织服装行业虚拟协同创新模型,对产、学、研各方的角色和地位进行分析和界定,在此基础上对虚拟协同创新中的驱动机制、运行机制和保障机制进行深入研究,并提出福建纺织服装行业产学研虚拟协同创新的发展对策:健全平台机制;发挥政府的支持和引导作用;扩大平台融资渠道,建立多元化融资模式;提高行业信息化水平;建立合理的成员进入和退出机制。
Improving innovation ability is the key for Fujian textile and garment industry to obtain continuous competitive advantage.Through cooperation with universities and research institutions,industry-university-research virtual collaborative innovation opens up a new road for the future development of Fujian textile and garment industry.Based on the current situation of the development of industry-university-research virtual collaborative innovation,the building of the industry-university-research virtual collaborative innovation model,and the role and status of each subject are analyzed and defined in this paper,and the dynamic mechanism,operating mechanism and safeguard mechanism are further discussed.Finally,some countermeasures for industry-university-research virtual collaborative innovation of the Fujian textile and garment industry are put forward:improving the mechanism of the platform;strengthening the government support and guidance;expanding platform financing channels and establishing diversified financing mode;improving the level of industry informatization;establishing a reasonable entry and exit mechanism for members.
