烧结机机尾电除尘改电袋复合除尘的应用

摘要 随着经济不断发展,国家对环保越来越重视,对工业生产排放要求也越来越高。国家环保部要求钢铁企业将烧结、球团生产过程中的粉尘排放量由以前不超过50mg/m^3降低到20mg/m^3以下。烧结生产过程中大部分粉尘的排放产生于烧结机机尾对烧结矿破碎的过程中,为达到最新排放标准,对烧结机机尾除尘器进行了改造。将组成电除尘器的三个电场中的最后一个电场的电极拆除,改为布袋除尘,通过电除尘后再进行布袋除尘的两级除尘的方式来降低排放。达到了粉尘排放量降低到20mg/m^3以下的排放要求。 With the vigorous development of national economy,environmental protection is highlighted,and the restrictions for industrial production emissions is also stressed.The Ministry of Environmental Protection requires steel and iron enterprises to reduce the maximum emission of dust from sintering and pellet production from 50mg/m to 20mg/m.In order to meet the latest standard,the tail dust collector of sintering machine was reformed.The electrode of the last electric field of the three electric fields that make up the electrostatic precipitator is removed,and the bag dust is replaced with two-stage bag dust removal to reduce the emission.It meets the emission requirement of reducing dust emission to below 20mg/m.
