摘要
为了提高电力机车驱动装置的使用寿命和安全性,以HXN3B型内燃机车为模型来分析驱动装置的振动信号.首先,利用设计好的驱动装置采集振动信号,然后用小波分析和频谱分析来比较振动信号分析结果,发现小波分析对不断变化的振动信号具有自适应性,最后根据提取到的振动信号特征判断是否驱动装置出现故障.
In order to improve the service life and safety of the electric locomotive drive,this paper used the HXN3B diesel locomotive as a model to analyze the vibration signal of the drive.Firstly,the designed drive is used to collect the vibration signals,and then wavelet analysis and spectrum analysis are used to compare the analysis results of the vibration signals,it is found that wavelet analysis is adaptive to the changing vibration signals.Finally,based on the extracted vibration signal characteristics and the wavelet analysis map,it is judged whether the driving device is faulty.
