漆蜡对漆油基凝胶油流变学特性和结晶特性的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 选择以漆油为基料油,漆蜡为凝胶剂制备漆油基有机凝胶油,采用旋转流变仪、X-射线粉末衍射仪、偏光显微镜等研究不同漆蜡添加量对凝胶油流变特性及结晶特性的影响。结果表明:25℃条件下,漆蜡添加量为5%时便可形成有机凝胶油。随着漆蜡添加量的增大,凝胶油硬度明显增加,凝胶油表现出剪切变稀的假塑性特征越强,经过幂律模型拟合得到其流动指数n在0.12~0.48之间。在频率扫描范围内,凝胶油体系的储能模量(G′)明显大于损耗模量(G″),样品形成较为紧密的凝胶结构,且随着漆蜡添加量的增大,凝胶油网络结构越稳定。通过对凝胶油结晶特性分析发现,凝胶油中的结晶结构成球状且随着漆蜡添加量的增加,结晶形态单元分布变得相对致密,主要为β′型晶体。 The paint was selected as the oil of base materials,and lacquer wax was selected as the gel to prepare organogel oil.Rheometer,X-ray diffraction(XRD),and polarizing microscope were used for the analysis of rheological behavior and morphological structure with different lacquer wax contents.The results indicated that,under the conditions of 25℃,the oleogels can be formed when the additive amount of lacquer wax was 5%.The hardness properties of oleogels indicated an increasing trend with the increase of lacquer wax content.Oleogels showed a shear-thinning pseudoplasticity behavior,and the non-Newtonian index n was in the range from 0.12 to 0.48 based on Power law model.Moreover,in the experimental range of frequency sweeping,the storage modulus(G′)was obviously higher than the loss modulus(G″),indicating that the organogel had a compact structure,and the oleogels network structure became more stable as the increase of lacquer wax content.Under the microscope,it was found that the crystal structure in the gel oil was spherical and the crystal form unit became relatively dense with the increase of lacquer wax content,and the main crystal structure type wasβ′.
