摘要
为优化子弹药设计方案,缩短研制周期,降低研制成本,采用AUTODYN软件、拉格朗日算法、Johnson-Cook本构模型和JWL状态方程,对预控破片的成型与飞散过程进行了仿真。通过破碎性试验及破片初速的静爆试验,对比模拟仿真与试验结果,验证了仿真结果的准确性。研究结果为完善子弹药设计方案奠定了基础。
In order to optimize the design scheme of submunition,shorten the development period and reduce the development cost,the AUTODYN software,Lagrange algorithm,Johnson cook constitutive model and JWL state equation are used to simulate the forming and flying process of pre controlled fragments.The fragmentation test and static explosion test of initial velocity of fragments are carried out.The simulation and test results are compared to verify the simulation results The results of this study will lay a foundation for the optimization of submunition design.
