摘要
在城市社区的治理过程中,通过嵌入党的领导思想的方式,能够实现基层党建引领城市社区实现自治、共治。在城市社区治理实践过程中,基层党建具有引导群众政治思想,协调群众之间的矛盾以及加强文化与社区治理创新融合等各方面的作用。在新的发展时代背景下,要想更好地推进城市社区治理创新工作,需充分利用和依托基层党建的优势,创新和改善基层党建引领下的城市社区治理体系,同时,还要充分发挥基层党建在城市社区治理创新中的纽带作用,建立健全在基层党建复合引领下的社区治理机制,不断提高城市社区治理创新的有效性。
In the process of urban community governance,party building at grass-roots level can lead the urban community to achieve autonomy and co-governance through embedding the party’s leading thoughts.In the practice of urban community governance,party building at the grass-roots level has the function of guiding the mass’political thought,coordinating the contradiction between the masses and strengthening the integration of culture with community governance innovation and so on.Under the background of the new development era,there is a need to make full use of the advantages of party building at the grass-roots level,innovate and improve the urban community governance system under the guidance of party building,and give full play to the role of the party building at the grass-roots level in the innovation of urban community governance,establish and improve the community governance mechanism under the guidance of party building at the grass-roots level,and constantly improve the effectiveness of the innovation of urban community governance.
