摘要
精铸含蜡废水的处理核心在于混凝沉淀,本试验通过研究pH、PAC用量、PAM用量对废水处理效果的影响,筛选出了采用“冷却气浮+混凝沉淀+回用/AC吸附”的组合工艺的核心运营参数,为该工艺在含蜡废水的处理工程应用奠定了良好的基础。
The core of waxy wastewater treatment from precision casting is coagulation sedimentation.Through the study of the influence of pH,PAC and PAM on the wastewater treatment,the core operation parameters of the combined process is selected as“cooling air flotation and coagulation sedimentation and recycling/AC adsorption”,which lays a good foundation for the application of waxy wastewater treatment projects.
