摘要
玻璃基板是生产显示屏的关键基础材料,其生产线工艺复杂,条件严苛,需要通过搬运机器人实现在产线中的流转。首先分析了显示屏产业的发展趋势,以及产线对搬运机器人的性能需求。随后从构型的角度,对搬运机器人的研发做了概述。对比分析了中外玻璃基板搬运机器人的性能特点,阐述了中国企业、高校在产业和科研方面所做的创新性工作。对搬运机器人关键技术做了论述,指明了自主化研发机器人的技术突破方向。
Glass substrate is the key material for the production of flat panel display,of which the production line is complex and in strict conditions,and robots are needed for transferring.Firstly,the development trend of the flat panel display industry and the requirements of the production line for the transfer robot were analyzed.Then from the perspective of structure configuration,the research and development of the transfer robot was summarized.The performance characteristics of glass substrate transfer robots at home and abroad were compared and analyzed.The innovative work done by domestic enterprises and universities in industry and scientific research were illustrated.The key technologies of the transfer robot were discussed,and the breakthrough direction of independent research and design were pointed out.
