摘要
在大型片区开发建设中,项目总控被越来越多的引入应用。在梳理项目总控的适应范围、服务内容、组织模式的基础上,探讨了单平面与多平面项目总控模式的优缺点及适用范围,结合大型片区建设开发特点,提出了单平面与多平面混合总控模式,并明确了其适用性,最后结合具体应用案例进行了实践应用,并对其应用的效果进行了总结评价。单平面与多平面混合总控模式在滨江某大型片区建设过程中应用效果较好,有效统筹了质量安全管理、进度投资等控制,并协助编制了管理规划,可供类似项目借鉴参考。
In the development and construction of large-scale areas,the overall project control is increasingly being applied.On the basis of combing the scope of adaptation,service content,and organization mode of the project controlling,this paper further analyzes the advantages and disadvantages and application scope of the single-plane and multi-plane project controlling mode.Based on the characteristics of the construction and development of large-scale areas,single-plane and multi-plane control are proposed.Plane hybrid master control mode,and its applicability was clarified.Finally,it was applied practically in combination with specific application cases,and its application effect was summarized and evaluated.The single-plane and multiplane mixed master control mode has a good application effect in the construction of a large area of Binjiang,effectively coordinated quality and safety management,progress investment and other controls,and assisted in the preparation of management plans for similar projects.
