摘要
改革开放后,呼伦贝尔市经济和社会各方面得到快速发展,呼伦贝尔市的产业结构也发生了巨大的变化,形成了以农牧业为基础、以发展工业项目为重点、以旅游业为支柱、大力发展第三产业的产业发展格局。产业结构的变动也对就业产生影响,本文基于呼伦贝尔市2000年至2018年产业和就业相关数据,采用结构偏离度和统计回归分析法,通过对呼伦贝尔市产业结构与就业结构的演变过程的研究,明确了产业结构变动和就业的影响关系,并提出了通过优化产业结构促进就业的策略建议。
After the reform and opening up,the economic and social aspects of Hulunbuir City have developed rapidly,and the industrial structure of Hulunbuir City has also undergone tremendous changes.It has formed an industrial development pattern based on agriculture and animal husbandry,focusing on the development of industrial projects,taking tourism as the pillar,and vigorously developing the tertiary industry.Changes in industrial structure also have an impact on employment,This article is based on industry and employment related data from 2000 to 2018 in Hulunbuir,using structural deviation and statistical regression analysis.Through the study of the evolution process of the industrial structure and employment structure in Hulunbuir,the relationship between changes in the industrial structure and employment has been clarified,and strategic suggestions for promoting employment through optimizing the industrial structure have been proposed.
