摘要
肠道菌群是一个复杂多样的肠道微生态系统,其平衡影响着宿主的平衡和健康。近年来,越来越多学者关注到针灸对肠道菌群的影响。本文从理论、机制、应用三方面对针灸调节肠道菌群的现状进行综述。整理发现"脾胃"学说是针灸调节肠道菌群的理论基础,针灸调节肠道菌群多用于治疗肥胖、胃肠道、心血管系统、中枢神经系统疾病。微生物-脑-肠轴理论可能是针刺调节肠道菌群的重要机制。基于中医"脾胃"学说理论,针灸调节肠道菌群是否能运用于更多疾病领域有待于进一步研究。
The gut microbes,(GM)is a complex and diverse intestinal micro-ecological system whose balance affects the balance and health of the host.In recent years,more and more scholars have paid attention to the influence of acupuncture on GM.This article reviews the current situation of acupuncture and moxibustion regulating GM from three aspects:theory,mechanism and application.The results show that the theory of“spleen and stomach”of Chinese medicine provides a theoretical basis for acupuncture to regulate GM.Acupuncture regulates GM and is used to treat obesity,gastrointestinal tract,cardiovascular system and central nervous system diseases.Microbial-brain-gut axis theory may be an important mechanism for acupuncture to regulate GM.Based on the theory of“spleen and stomach”of traditional Chinese medicine,the research direction of regulating GM by acupuncture and moxibustion may be to choose different acupuncture methods and needle manipulation.Whether acupuncture and moxibustion can be applied to more diseases remains to be further studied.
