摘要
几千年来中医药在与瘟疫斗争中积累了丰富理论和经验,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发后,无数中医人深入抗疫一线,为坚决打赢这场疫情攻坚战,贡献自己的力量。笔者结合目前收集到的资料,从疫情概况、发病背景、中医病因病机、治疗四个方面对四川地区的中医药防疫特点进行梳理、归纳:四川地区的新冠肺炎病因为感受湿毒疫疠之邪,湿性缠绵,致病易蒙上流下,病位主要在肺、脾、三焦,可涉及膜原、心包、肝肾,临床症候湿像明显,中医药防治方面遵循"治未病""、扶助正气""、三因制宜""、芳香除湿贯穿始终"的原则。
Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated rich theories and experience in the fight against the pestilence for thousands of years.After the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019,numerous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners went deep into the frontline of the fight against the epidemic,and made contributions to resolutely winning the battle against the epidemic.Based on the collected data,the author analyzed,generalized and summarized the characteristics of TCM epidemic prevention in sichuan from four aspects:epidemic situation,background,etiology and pathogenesis of TCM,and treatment.The neo-coronary pneumonia disease in Sichuan area is affected by the poison of wet poisoning and epidemic disease.Wet evil is lingering,and its pathogenic characteristic is to invade multiple parts of the human body.The disease location is mainly in the lung、spleen、and triple energizer,which can involve membranous、pericardium、liver and kidney,and wet images are obvious in clinical symptoms.The prevention and treatment of corona virus disease 2019 with traditional Chinese medicine in Sichuan follows the principle of"preventive treatment of disease"、"reinforcing vital qi"、"treatment in accordance with three categories of etiologic factors"and"resolving of dampness with aromatics throughout treatment".
