摘要
文章分析了基于工匠精神培育的中职德育课程改革的必要性。结合调查问卷结果进行分析,提出中职德育课程改革建议:加大企业参与课程目标制定,加大工匠案例课程内容,充分利用信息化教学手段,运用参与式教学方法,建立过程性评价机制,充分发挥隐性课程作用,更好地实现工匠精神培育与德育课程改革共同发展。
This paper analyzes the necessity of secondary vocational moral education course reform based on cultivation of the spirit of workmanship. Combining with analysis of questionnaire results, this thesis puts forward some suggestions on the reform of moral education course in secondary vocational education: increasing the enterprises’ participation in the course goal setting, increasing the workmanship case course content, making full use of the informatization technology teaching means, using participatory teaching method, establishing process-oriented evaluation mechanism, giving full play to the function of hidden course, to better make the common development of the cultivation of the spirit of workmanship and course reform of moral education.
