摘要
目的探讨中医辨证护理对脑梗死急性期症状改善及耐受性分析。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月本院收治的脑梗死急性期患者150例,采用随机抽样的方式分成两组,对照组75例采取常规护理,观察组75例在常规护理基础上采取中医辨证护理方案。比较两组患者耐受性、脑梗死急性期症状改善情况。结果研究组患者耐受性高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组脑梗死急性期症状改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死急性期患者进行护理的过程中,中医辨证护理效果较好,可增加患者的耐受性。
Objective To investigate the improvement of symptoms and tolerance of acute cerebral infarction by TCM syndrome differentiation nursing.Methods A total of 150 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups.75 patients in the control group received routine nursing care,and 75 patients in the observation group were taken on the basis of routine nursing.TCM syndrome differentiation care program.The tolerance of the two groups of patients and the improvement of symptoms in the acute phase of cerebral infarction were compared.Results The tolerance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of symptoms in the acute phase of cerebral infarction was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing patients with acute cerebral infarction,TCM syndrome differentiation nursing effect is better,which can increase the patient's tolerance and should be further promoted and applied.
