摘要
2014年,农业农村部要求各市县将种植、养殖业分设的检验检测资源整合为综合性农产品质检机构,统一承担种植、养殖业检验检测任务。此类机构能合法合规承担任务,向社会出具具有证明作用数据和结果的前提是必须通过"双认证"(检验检测机构资质认定、农产品质量安全检测机构考核)。该文介绍了岳阳市农业综合检验检测中心"双认证"前期准备工作、现场评审的具体做法,并根据自身体会,针对做好综合性农产品质检机构"双认证"工作提出了建议。
In 2014,the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs required cities and counties to integrate the inspection and testing resources of the planting and breeding industries into a comprehensive agricultural product quality inspection agency to uniformly undertake the inspection and testing tasks of the planting and breeding industries.Such institutions can undertake the task legally and compliantly,the premise of issuing the data and results which has proof function to society is that they must pass“Double Certification”(Accreditation of inspection and testing institutions,Assessment of agricultural product quality and safety testing institutions).This article introduces the specific preparation and on-site assessment of the“Double Certification”of Yueyang Agricultural Comprehensive Inspection and Testing Center,and puts forward some suggestions for the"Double Certification"of the comprehensive agricultural product quality inspection agency on their own experience.
