摘要
采用大豆基胶黏剂生产多层胶合板,因大豆基胶黏剂固体含量低,导致板坯含水率偏高,胶合板在热压过程,在温度、压力及时间的共同作用下,其压缩率及制品厚度不易控制。采用厚度规保证胶合板厚度,通过正交试验方法确定杨木胶合板的热压工艺。结果表明:在热压压力0.8 MPa、涂胶量400 g/m^2、热压温度125℃、热压时间70 s/mm板厚的工艺条件下,生产的大豆基胶黏剂杨木胶合板的主要物理力学性能满足GB/T 9846-2015《普通胶合板》要求。
When soybean based adhesive is used to produce multi-layer plywood,the low solid content of soybean based adhesive leads to high water content of plywood mat.In the process of hot pressing,the joint action of the temperature,the pressure and the time makes the plywood mat compression rate and plywood product thickness difficult to control.In this study,the thickness gauge was applied to ensure the thickness of plywood product;the orthogonal test was used for determining the hot pressing technology of poplar plywood.The results showed that the main physical and mechanical properties of the soybean based adhesive poplar plywood have met the requirements of national standards GB/T 9846-2015"ordinary plywood"under the conditions of hot pressing pressure 0.8 MPa,glue spread 400 g/m^2,hot pressing temperature 125℃and hot pressing time 70 s/mm.
