基于社会-技术界面的中国共享单车绿色发展路径探析 被引量:4

摘要 研究共享单车的资源利用问题,对共享单车的环境效益进行全面系统的评估,是实现共享单车绿色发展的重要环节。聚焦于社会界面和技术界面交互对环境效益的影响机制,采用情景分析法模拟废物循环、产品循环和服务循环三种共享单车发展情景,对比分析各模拟情景下社会界面和技术界面的互动机制与环境效益,以此为中国共享单车的绿色发展提出政策建议。研究发现:(1)共享单车环境效益的实现需要社会界面不同主体间的互动;(2)社会界面可以通过与技术界面交互,影响共享单车的环境效益;(3)建设共享单车大数据人工智能平台的服务循环模式是未来共享单车绿色发展的适宜路径。 Studying the resource utilization problem of bicycle sharing and systematically evaluating the environmental benefits of bicycle sharing are key links to realize the green development of China’s bicycle sharing.This paper focuses on the impact mechanism of social interface and technology interface interaction on environmental benefits.Through the scenario analysis,it simulates three kinds of bicycle sharing development scenarios:waste cycle,product cycle and service cycle,and analyses the interaction mechanism and assesses environmental benefits of social-technology interfaces under each scenario,so as to propose policy recommendations for the green development of bicycle sharing in China.The results indicate that:(1)the realization of the environmental benefits of bicycle sharing requires interaction between different subjects of the social interface;(2)the social interface can interact with the technical interface to affect the environmental benefits of bicycle sharing;(3)the service cycle model of building a big data artificial intelligence platform has obvious positive environmental benefits and is a suitable path to realize the green development of China’s bicycle sharing.
