催化剂对聚氨酯泡沫塑料中三醛含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用不同催化剂合成聚氨酯泡沫塑料。考察了组合聚醚及其所制备的聚氨酯泡沫的三醛(甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛)含量变化,同时研究了泡沫经光老化降解后三醛含量变化。结果表明,含不同催化剂的组合聚醚及其制备的聚氨酯泡沫中三醛含量不同,组合聚醚与泡沫中醛含量并不成正比;聚氨酯泡沫经光老化降解后,会产生醛类物质。 Polyurethane foam was synthesized by different catalyst systems in this experiment.The content of three kinds of aldehydes(formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,acrolein)in different combined polyethers and their poly-urethane foams was investigated.Meanwhile,the change of aldehydes contents after light aging of foams was studied.The results showed that the contents of aldehydes in the polyethers and foams prepared by different catalyst systems were different.The aldehydes contents in the combined polyethers were not directly proportional to the contents in the polyurethane foams prepared.Aldehydes were produced after light aging of polyurethane foams.
