摘要
针对医药行业发展现状及各大药类专业人才培养情况的调查和研究,通过创新人才培养模式改革、更新校企合作路径,换新教师队伍、革新教学改革、谋新学生工作内涵的"五新"方法,以产教融合协同培养为突破口,深入挖掘企业育人内涵,探索合作育人新模式,打造实践育人新平台,形成依托产业办好专业、提高人才质量、助推企业高质发展,实现医药健康产业可持续发展的良好局面.
According to the investigation and research on the development of pharmaceutical industry and the cultivation of pharmaceutical professionals,through the"five new"methods of innovating personnel training mode reform,updating school enterprise cooperation path changing teachers′team,innovating teaching reform and seeking new students′work connotation taking the integration of production and education as the breakthrough point,the connotation of enterprise education is deeply explored and the cooperative education is explored new mode,create a new platform for practical education and form a good situation of relying on the industry to run a good specialty,improve the quality of talents boost the high-quality development of enterprises and realize the sustainable development of the medical and health industry.
