摘要 近年来,我国加大了改革开放的力度,从而推动了我国社会经济的全面发展,这样就为我国科学技术的发展带来了良好的机遇。在这种形势下,人们对部分设备以及材料的性能提出了更高的要求,推动了大部分的设备朝着更高性能方面发展,其中最具代表性的就是锅炉压力容器设备。压力容器在设备性能以及安全性方面相对要求较高,所以需要在进行压力容器生产工作的时候要保证确保设备质量的基础上针对设备的综合性能加以严格的把控,这就需要运用到无损检测技术。鉴于此,这篇文章主要针对无损检测技术在锅炉压力容器的检验方面的运用展开全面深入的研究分析,希望能够对无损检测技术的良好发展有所帮助。 In recent years,China has increased the intensity of reform and opening up,thus promoting the overall development of China's social economy,which has brought good opportunities for the development of science and technology in China.In this situation,people put forward higher requirements for the performance of some equipment and materials,which promotes the development of most equipment towards higher performance,among which the most representative is boiler and pressure vessel equipment.Pressure vessels have relatively high requirements in terms of equipment performance and safety,so it is necessary to strictly control the comprehensive performance of the equipment on the basis of ensuring the quality of the equipment during the production of pressure vessels,which requires the application of non-destructive testing technology.In view of this,this paper mainly focuses on the application of nondestructive testing technology in the inspection of boiler and pressure vessels,and carries out a comprehensive and in-depth research and analysis,hoping to help the good development of non-destructive testing technology.
