摘要
教师是教育教学改革的主角和关键人物,要想培养学生核心素养,提升教育质量,需要关注教师学习力的发展。教师学习力是一个能量概念,体现了教师的职业之爱,对教师发展具有推动作用。它由基础要素、核心要素和高级要素构成,涉及到教师学习的基础力、转换力、合作力和创新能力等方面。为了促进教师发展,需要"以自主学习为主要形式""以实践活动与合作交往为支架""以问题为导向"等路径来培育教师学习力。
Teachers are the protagonists and key figures in the reform of education and teaching.In order to cultivate students core literacy and improve the quality of education,we need to pay attention to the development of teachers learning ability.Teachers learning ability is an energy concept,which reflects teachers professional love and promotes teachers development.It is composed of basic elements,core elements and advanced elements,involving the basic force,transforming force,cooperative force and innovative ability of teachers learning.In order to promote the development of teachers,it is necessary to cultivate teachers learning ability by“taking autonomous learning as the main form”,“taking practical activities and cooperative communication as the support”and“problem-oriented”
