摘要
本文基于目前国内BeO陶瓷的研制情况,从空间行波管BeO陶瓷杆夹持工艺、碳化工艺及空间行波管参数一致性等方面分析了BeO陶瓷性能对空间行波管的影响,在保证空间行波管可靠性及一致性水平的前提下,对BeO陶瓷的性能指标的控制及筛选提出了建议。
Based on the current development of BeO ceramics in China,the effects of BeO ceramic properties on space TWTs are analyzed from the aspects of BeO ceramic rod clamping technology,carbonization technology and the parameter consistency of TWTs.On the premise of ensuring the reliability and consistency level of space TWTs,suggestions for the control and selection of BeO ceramic performance parameters are put forward.
