摘要
为防止深水半潜式生活支持平台在近距离靠泊时意外碰撞工作平台导致其连接栈桥基座损伤,针对基座结构设计2种抗撞防护结构方案,并进行数值仿真分析。结果表明:在典型碰撞工况作用下,全维护防护套箱方案的设计效果较好,达到了保护基座结构不受撞损的目的。由2种方案的结构设计和计算对比可知:在设计抗撞防护结构时,合理的结构布置和材料运用可大幅提高结构的吸能耐撞性能;在分析结构抗撞性能时,耐碰撞指数和能量吸收率是重要参数,可直接体现结构的防撞吸能效果。
In order to prevent the injury of the connecting pedestal induced by the deep water semi submersible life support platform berthing at close range and accidentally colliding with the working platform,two kinds of anti collision protection structure schemes are designed for the base structure of semi submersible support platform,and the numerical simulation analysis is carried out.The results show that under the typical collision conditions,the design effect of the full maintenance protection box scheme is better,and the purpose for protecting base structure is achieved.By comparing the results of structural design and calculation,the layout of the structure and the use of materials can greatly improve the energy absorption and crashworthiness of the structure.In the analysis of the anti collision performance of the structures and facilities,the crashworthiness index and energy absorption rate are the important parameters,which can directly reflect the anti collision and energy absorption effect of the structure.
