摘要
在工程建设中,一些现场浇筑构件受几何特征的影响振捣困难,自密实混凝土是一种无需振捣就能达到理想浇筑效果的混凝土材料.从自密实混凝土掺合料角度出发,研究了C30、C50、C60三种强度的混凝土在不同体积钢渣微粉掺量下抗压强度,并经试验发现,当钢渣微粉对粉煤灰等体积替换时,对C30、C50混凝土与普通混凝土对比,抗压强度增长最大,且替代体积在15%是强度增幅达到峰值;当钢渣微粉对胶凝材料替代体积在10%时,C60混凝土与普通混凝土相比,抗压强度增幅达到峰值.
In engineering construction,some field pouring components are difficult to vibrate due to geometric characteristics.Self-compacting concrete is a kind of concrete material which can achieve ideal pouring effect without vibrating.From the point of view of self-compacting concrete admixture,it studies the compressive strength of C30,C50 and C60 concrete with different volume of steel slag powder.It is found that when steel slag powder is replaced by fly ash in equal volume,the compressive strength of C30 and C50 concrete increases the most compared with ordinary concrete.When the substitution volume of steel slag powder for cementitious material is 10%,the compressive strength of C60 concrete reaches its peak value compared with ordinary concrete.
