摘要 农业节水目标的实现与灌区节水水平直接相关,文章以盘山灌区2008-2017年节水水平为研究对象,结合灌区实际情况更加合理的确定指标权重,将可变模糊聚类迭代模型和云模型相耦合用于解决隶属度不确定和模糊性问题,然后评估灌区节水水平。研究表明:盘山灌区农业用水逐渐由耗水型转变为过渡型,节水水平呈现出不断增大趋势,而灌溉水和渠系水利用系数仍有待进一步提升,可为灌区节水方案的优化设计和后续工程的实施提供决策依据。 The realization of agricultural water-saving goal is directly related to the water-saving level of the irrigated area.This paper takes the water-saving level of Panshan irrigated area from 2008 to 2017 as the research object,combining with the actual situation of the irrigated area,the index weight is determined more reasonably,and the variable fuzzy clustering iteration model and cloud model are coupled to solve the problem of uncertain membership degree and fuzziness,and then the water-saving level of the irrigated area is evaluated.The research shows that:the agricultural water consumption in Panshan irrigated area has gradually changed from water-consuming type to transitional type,and the water saving level has shown a growing trend,while the utilization coefficient of irrigation water and canal system water still needs to be further improved,which can provide a decision basis for the optimal design of water saving scheme in the irrigated area and the implementation of subsequent projects.
