摘要
近年来,传统医疗服务模式正发生翻天覆地的变化,在政府将“互联网+”行动计划作为国家战略后,移动医疗应运而生。在移动医疗发展的同时其监管方面也产生了日益突出的问题。基于此,笔者结合“互联网+”背景下的移动医疗现状,对其监管模式进行创新研究,提出通过健全国内移动医疗质量管理机制、建立一体化医疗信息监管平台、创新移动医疗质量管理措施、融合互联网信息技术及多路径引进发展资金,促进医疗行业有序发展。
The current traditional medical service model is undergoing tremendous changes,After the government put the“Internet+”action plan as a national strategy,mobile medical service came into being.At the same time of the development of mobile health care,its supervision has also produced increasingly prominent problems.In view of the current situation of mobile Internet in the context of“Internet+”,this paper makes an innovative research on its regulatory mode.Through the improvement of domestic mobile medical quality management mechanism,the establishment of an integrated medical information regulatory platform,innovation of mobile medical quality management measures,integration of Internet information technology and multi-path introduction of development funds,to promote the orderly development of the medical industry.
