摘要
思政教育是高校开展教育教学工作的重要内容,工匠精神培育是思政教育不可分割的部分。随着高校工匠精神培育的大众化,关于开展工匠精神培育的必要性及其人才诉求的研究成为高校德育研究的重心。为了更好地培养学生以爱岗敬业、精益求精、专注执着、求实创新为代表的工匠精神,在分析思政教育视野下高校工匠精神培育必要性的基础上,站在新时期工匠精神培育人才诉求的立场,探究高校工匠精神培育的主要路径。
Ideological and political education is an important part of education and teaching in universities.Among them,the spirit of craftsmanship is an integral part of ideological and political education.With the popularization of the cultivation of craftsmanship in universities,the necessity of carrying out the cultivation of craftsmanship and the analysis of talent demands have become the focus of moral education research in universities.In order to better cultivate the craftsman spirit represented by students'devotion to work,excellence,dedication and innovation,based on the necessity of the cultivation of craftsman spirit,in the perspective of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this article stands on the standpoint of talent demands for education in the new era to explore the main way to cultivate the craftsman spirit of college students.
