摘要
在矿山选矿厂等大跨度厂房建设中需构筑深梁构件。为研究腹筋配筋率对深梁受剪承载力的影响,在集中荷载作用下对4根高强钢筋混凝土深梁进行了受剪性能试验。通过对4根深梁试件受力全过程特征、破坏形态和荷载-挠度变形曲线等变化规律的分析,明确了腹筋配筋率对深梁开裂荷载、极限荷载及破坏形态的影响。研究表明:小剪跨比深梁破坏模式为斜压破坏,受腹筋的配置与含量影响,斜压破坏表现为压杆压毁和压杆劈裂两种形态。竖向箍筋配筋率对受剪承载力影响很小。采用《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010-2010)中深梁受剪承载力计算方法对4根试件梁进行计算,计算结果与试验值较为接近,验证了试验结果的可靠性。
It is necessary to build deep beam components in the construction of large-span workshops such as mine concentrators.In order to study the influence of the web reinforcement ratio on the shear bearing capacity of deep beams,shear tests were carried out on four high-strength deep beams with reinforced concrete under concentrated load.Based on the analysis of the force characteristics,failure modes and load-deflection deformation curves of four deep beams during the whole process,the influence of web reinforcement ratio on the cracking load,ultimate load and failure mode of deep beams were clarified.The results show that the failure mode of deep beams with small shear span ratio is baroclinic failure,which is affected by the configuration and content of web reinforcement.The baroclinic failure presents two forms,including compression failure and splitting failure.The reinforcement ratio of vertical stirrup has little effect on shear bearing capacity.Finally,the shear bearing capacity of four deep beams was calculated in terms of Codefor Designof ConcreteStructures(GB50010-2010).The calculation results were close to the test values,which verified the reliability of the test results.
