基于获得不同煤粉粒径分布对制粉系统的优化

摘要 鉴于中心试验基地输运床气化(KSY)和粉煤热解-气化一体化技术(CCSI)2套装置对煤粉粒径要求的不同,研究了磨煤机进煤量,系统循环风量,磨煤机设备本体(磨碗与磨辊间距离,磨煤机顶部折向门的开度,磨煤机内部部分内椎体的拆装)对煤粉粒度的影响。获取了分别满足2套装置需要的煤粉粒径分布的操作参数,并克服了制粉系统运行周期短,开车频率高,磨煤机低负荷运行等因素的影响,获得了制粉系统最优化操作参数。 In view of the different requirements for the particle size of the coal pulverized coal gasification(KSY)and the pulverized coal gasification and gasification integrated technology(CCSI),the coal pulverizer′s coal intake,the system circulation volμme,the distance between the grinding bowl and the grinding roller,the opening of the top to the door of the pulverizer and the inside of the pulverizer are studied.The influence of the disassembling of the vertebral body on the particle size of pulverized coal.The operating parameters of coal particle size distribution which meet the needs of the two sets of equipment are obtained respectively,and overcome the influence of factors such as short running period,high driving frequency and low load operation of pulverizing system,the optimal operation parameters of pulverizing system were obtained.
