克龄蒙联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效及对血清Flk-1、VEGF及远期复发的影响 被引量:7

Effect of CLIMEN~?Combined with Leuprorelin Acetate in the Treatment of Endometriosis and Its Effect on Serum Flk-1,VEGF and Long-term Recurrence

摘要 目的探讨克龄蒙联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效及对血清胎肝激酶-1(Flk-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及远期复发的影响。方法选择2016年1月-2018年12月在本院治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者140例,按随机数字表法分为2组,每组70例。A组患者给予醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,B组患者给予克龄蒙联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,均治疗6个月后观察两组患者的治疗效果、性激素水平、症状以及血清Flk-1、VEGF水平等。结果 B组的有效率显著高于A组,复发率显著低于A组(P<0.05);治疗后两组的雌二醇(E_2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)、癌胚抗原125(CA125)水平、子宫内膜厚度、Kupperman评分均改善,且B组改善显著优于A组(P<0.05);治疗后两组的VEGF、Flk-1、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素8(IL-8)水平均显著下降,且B组降低较A组显著P<0.05);B组不良反应显著低于A组(P<0.05)。结论克龄蒙联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的有效率较高,复发率较低,可显著改善机体激素水平,降低VEGF、Flk-1、IL-6、IL-8水平,并且不良反应较少,在临床上可广泛使用。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of CLIMEN?combined with leuprorelin acetate in the treatment of endometriosis and the effect on serum flk-1,VEGF and long-term recurrence.METHODS 140 patients with endometriosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table,70 cases in each group.Group A patients were treated with leuprorelin acetate,group B patients were treated with CLIMEN?combined with leuprorelin acetate.After 6 months of treatment,the therapeutic effect,sex hormone level,symptoms,serum Flk-1,VEGF level of the two groups were observed.RESULTS The effective rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of group B(P<0.05).After treatment,E2,LH,FSH,EMAb,CA125 levels,endometrial thickness and Kupperman scores of the two groups were all improved,and the improvement of group B was significantly better than that of group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF,flk-1,il-6 and il-8 in the two groups decreased significantly,and the reduction in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in group B were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05).CONCLUSION CLIMEN?combined with leuprorelin acetate has a good therapeutic effect on endometriosis,with a low recurrence rate.It can significantly improve the hormone level of the body,reduce the levels of VEGF,flk-1,il-6 and il-8,and has fewer adverse reactions,so it can be widely used in clinical practice.
