摘要
构建培训供需契合度评价模型,选取5个一级培训供需指标和35个二级培训供需指标作为评价元素,对四川内江市新型职业农民培训供需契合度进行实证分析。结果表明:一级培训供需指标均处于中度契合状态;二级培训供需指标的契合度差异明显,多数处于中度契合和低度契合状态;种养大户、合作社带头人的培训供需契合度高于家庭农场主。可见,目前内江市新型职业农民培训体系供需存在一定程度的失衡,总体表现为供不应求,即培训机构提供的培训不能较好满足农民的需求,契合度有待进一步提高。在今后的培训过程中,政府应结合农民的需求偏好适当调整培训内容和计划,以提高培训效率。
This paper constructs an evaluation model of training supply-demand fit,selects five first-class training supply-demand indicators and 35 second-class training supply-demand indicators as evaluation elements,and makes an empirical analysis of the new vocational farmers'training supply-demand fit in Neijiang City,Sichuan Province.The results show that:the supply and demand indexes of the first level training are in a moderate fit state;the fit degree of the second level training supply and demand indexes is obviously different,most of them are in a moderate and low fit state;the fit degree of the training supply and demand of the planting and breeding large households and cooperative leaders is higher than that of the family farmers.It can be seen that there is a certain degree of imbalance between the supply and demand of the new vocational farmer training system in Neijiang City.The overall performance is that the supply is in short supply,that is,the training provided by the training institutions can not meet the needs of farmers,and the degree of fit needs to be further improved.
