摘要
研究深海采矿作业过程中矿物输送软管受力特性影响因素的敏感性,能够厘清软管设计过程中各参数的主次关系,减少设计迭代工作量。论文以某深海采矿系统的矿物输送软管为研究对象,建立包括采矿船、输送硬管、中继站、输送软管和采矿车的全系统耦合分析模型,对软管运动响应和受力特性进行时域分析。研究当采矿车按指定路径运动时,软管曲率、等效应力以及采矿车受力大小、角度对流速、流向、浮力块间距、浮力块数量、浮力块位置和矿浆密度等参数的敏感性,为软管构型设计提供参考。
Taking the mineral conveying hose in deep-sea mining as the research object,a coupled model for the whole system including mining vessel,hard conveying pipe,relay station,transportation hose and mining vehicle is established.When the mining vehicle moves along a specified path,sensitivity of curvature and equivalent stress of the hose,stress magnitude and angle of the mining vehicle to the parameters such as current speed and direction,distance,position,and quantity of the buoyancy block are studied.Influence of current change and buoyancy block arrangement on the mechanical properties of the hose and the forces on mining vehicles is discussed.Finally,suggestions for hose configuration design are put forward.
