摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜辅助右半结肠癌根治术的临床效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月江苏省宜兴市人民医院收治的右半结肠癌患者50例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组采取传统开腹治疗方法,观察组采取腹腔镜辅助右半结肠癌根治术治疗。比较2组患者手术相关指标、排气及排便时间、淋巴结清扫总数。结果经过治疗后,观察组的术中出血量、镇痛药需求比例、下床时间、住院天数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组排气时间以及排便时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组淋巴结清扫总数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜辅助右半结肠癌根治术能够优化手术的相关指标,缩短患者的排气时间以及排便时间,淋巴结清扫总数与开腹手术达到一致,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted radical resection of right hemicolon carcinoma.Methods A total of 50 patients with right hemicolon cancinoma admitted into Yixing People's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomLy divided into the control group and the observation group,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic assisted radical resection of right hemicolon cancer.Surgical indicators,time of exhaust and defecation,and total number of lymph node dissection were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the values of intraoperative blood loss,proportion of analgesic drug demand,time of getting out of bed,length of stay in the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).there wass no statistically significant difference of total number of lymph node dissection between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted radical resection of right colon cancer can optimize the relevant indicators of surgery,shorten the time of exhaust and defecation of patients,and the total number of lymph node dissection is consistent with that of open surgery,which is worthy of promotion and application.
