摘要
目的探究实施标准化急救护理流程对降低急诊患儿不良事件发生率的效果。方法选取2018年8月-2019年8月期间儿科急诊收治的90例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各45人,分别实施常规急救护理流程和标准化急救护理流程,对比两组护理不良事件发生率、护患纠纷发生率、急诊抢救质量。结果观察组护理不良事件发生率和护理纠纷发生率分别为6.67%、2.22%,明显低于对照组患者的26.67%、17.78%;观察组抢救滞留时间平均为(3.32±0.34)h、抢救医嘱执行时间为(13.34±2.34)min少于对照组的(5.56±0.21h)、(25.53±2.42)min;护理行为规范率100%高于对照组73.33%;两组间各项指标差异进行统计学比较,P <0.05。结论针对急诊患儿实施标准化急救护理流程效果显著,能够明显提升临床急诊抢救质量,有效预防护理不良事件和护患纠纷的发生,临床应用价值高。
Objective To explore the effect of implementing standardized emergency care procedures on reducing the incidence of adverse events in emergency children.Methods Ninety patients admitted to the pediatric emergency department from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The routine emergency care process and standardized emergency care procedures were implemented to compare the incidence of adverse events,the incidence of nurses and patients,and the quality of emergency rescue.Results The incidence of nursing adverse events and the incidence of nursing disputes in the observation group were 6.67%and 2.22%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(26.67%,17.78%).The average retention time of the observation group was(3.32±0.34)h.The execution time of the doctor's orders was(13.34±2.34)min less than that of the control group(5.56±0.21h),(25.53±2.42)min;the nursing behavior standard rate was 100%higher than the control group 73.33%;the differences in various indicators between the two groups were compared statistically P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of standardized emergency care procedures for emergency children is effective,which can significantly improve the quality of clinical emergency rescue,effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse events and nurse-patient disputes,and has high clinical application value.
