摘要
习近平总书记指出,生态文明建设是关系到中华民族永续发展的根本大计。自党的十八大以来,党中央发布经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设五位一体的总体布局,把生态文明建设纳入“五位一体”之中,可以看出生态文明建设的重要性。围绕着生态文明建设,开展了一系列根本性、开创性、长远性工作,保护生态环境就是保护生产力,改善生态环境就是发展生产力,生态文明建设的重要性、理念和共识深入人心。从而应强化生态优先,使理念和共识深入人心,继而为森工转型奠定基础。
President Xi Jinping pointed out that the construction of ecological civilization is a fundamental plan related to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee has released the overall layout of the five in one economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction,and ecological civilization construction,and has incorporated the construction of ecological civilization into the five in one,which shows its importance.Around it,this paper has carried out a series of fundamental,pioneering and long-term work.To protect the ecological environment is to protect productivity,and to improve the ecological environment is to develop productivity.Therefore,we should strengthen the ecological priority,make the concept and consensus deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and then lay the foundation for the transformation of forest industry.
