摘要
目的:西酞普兰联合米氮平治疗抑郁症患者睡眠障碍的疗效及对其睡眠质量、生存质量的影响。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月于笔者所在医院就诊的抑郁症睡眠障碍的患者100例进行观察,并依据治疗方式的不同分为两组,对照组50例予以西酞普兰单独用药,观察组50例予以联合用药,对比两组疗效。结果:对比两组PSQI睡眠质量评分,治疗前两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对比两组QOL生存质量评分,治疗前两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率98.00%,对照组总有效率86.00%,两组临床效果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对抑郁症并伴有睡眠障碍的患者进行治疗时予以西酞普兰联合米氮平,能够起到显著治疗效果,还能够显著改善患者睡眠质量及生存质量,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Citalopram combined with Mirtazapine in treatment of sleep disorders in patients with depression and its influence on sleep quality,quality of life.Method:A total of 100 cases with depression and sleep disorder treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected for observation,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods.The control group of 50 cases were treated with Citalopram alone and the observation group of 50 cases were treated combination medication.Then the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Result:Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in the PSQI sleep quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the QOL quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical treatment effect of two groups were compared,the data in the observation group was 98.00%,the data in the control group was 86.00%,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical treatment effect of Citalopram combined with Mirtazapine in treatment of sleep disorders in patients with depression are significant,which can significantly improve the quality of sleep and quality of life of patients,thus it is worth promoting in the clinical.
