摘要
目的:探究持续质量改进管理在肠造口并发症护理中的应用及对患者和家属造口知识掌握率的影响。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年10月于笔者所在医院行肠造口的患者156例作为研究对象,依据临床护理方案划分为研究组与对照组,每组78例。对照组采用肛肠科常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用持续质量改进管理,观察两组护理前后自护能力、造口知识掌握率、生活质量及并发症情况。结果:护理后研究组自护概念、自护责任感及自护技能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组造口知识掌握率为92.3%,高于对照组的75.6%(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为2.6%,低于对照组的11.5%(P<0.05)。结论:在临床肠造口并发症护理中,采用持续质量改进管理可显著降低并发症发生率,提高患者及家属对造口知识的掌握率,提升患者出院后自护能力及预后,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application of continuous quality improvement management in the nursing of enterostomy complications and its influence on the rate of knowledge mastery of enterostomy of patients and their families.Method:A total of 156 patients who underwent enterostomy in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to clinical nursing programs,they were divided into the study group and the control group,with 78 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention of anorectal department,while the study group was treated with continuous quality improvement management based on the control group.The self-care ability before and after nursing,the rate of knowledge mastery of enterostomy,the quality of life and the complications were observed between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of self-care concept,self-care responsibility and self-care skill in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of knowledge mastery of enterostomy in the study group was 92.3%,which was higher than 75.6%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.6%,which was lower than 11.5%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous quality improvement management in the nursing of clinical enterostomy complications can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,improve the rate of knowledge mastery of enterostomy of patients and their families,improve the self-care ability and prognosis of patients after discharge,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
