摘要
目的:探讨6S管理模式对内分泌科护理质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年4-12月内分泌科实施6S管理模式前与2019年1-9月实施6S管理模式后的科室护理质量评分,所有的护理质量评分均为护理部检查得出,包含护理安全、分级护理、病房管理、消毒隔离4个项目,对所收集到的数据进行统计学分析。结果:内分泌科在6S管理模式实施后的护理安全、分级护理、病房管理、消毒隔离的评分均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在内分泌科病房实施6S管理模式,能提高科室的护理安全、分级护理、消毒隔离等水平,从而为患者提供更加优质、安全的护理服务。
Objective:To explore the effect of 6S management mode on the nursing quality of endocrine department.Method:Retrospective analysis was made on the nursing quality scores of the Endocrine Department before the 6S management mode was implemented in April to December 2018 and after the 6S management mode was implemented in January to September 2019.All the nursing quality scores were obtained from the inspection of the nursing department,including four items of nursing safety,graded nursing,ward management,disinfection and isolation.Statistical analysis was made on the collected data.Result:The scores of nursing safety,classified nursing,ward management and disinfection isolation of Endocrine Department after the implementation of 6S management mode were better than those before the implementation,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of 6S management mode in the Endocrine Department can improve the level of nursing safety,grading nursing,disinfection and isolation,so as to provide better and safer nursing services for patients.
