深部上向进路充填采矿的回采顺序优化模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 深部开采的最直接威胁是岩爆动力灾害,尤其是上向进路采矿方法的不合理回采顺序会造成更为严重的岩爆灾害现象。针对会泽矿业矿山厂深部上向进路充填采矿的回采顺序,采用数值模拟方法,基于模拟的应力变化特征、围岩移动发展特征、塑性区发展特征三个评价对象,开展深部回采顺序优化的模拟对比分析研究。模拟研究结果表明,“隔一采一”方案在整个回采过程中不断将高应力集中区域向远处推移,整个回采过程都处于一个低应力范围内,对于整个卸荷塑性区的发展推动作用更为明显,对采矿范围内岩爆动力灾害的调控也最为显著。 The most direct threat to deep mining is the rockburst dynamic disaster,especially the unreasonable stoping sequence of the upward drift mining method will cause more serious rockburst disasters.Aiming at the stoping sequence of the upward drift mining with backfill in the Kuangshanchang district of Huize mine at depth,a numerical simulation method is used to carry out the optimization of deep stoping sequence based on the comparative analysis of three evaluation objects:stress change characteristics,movement development characteristics of surrounding rock and plastic zone development characteristics.The simulation study results show that the“one stope panel”scheme continuously pushes the highly-stressed concentration area far away during the entire mining process,and the entire mining process is within a low stress range,which has a more obvious role in promoting the development of the entire destressing plastic zone.At the same time,the scheme is also the most significant for the control of rockburst dynamic disasters in the mining area.
