摘要
为服务“一带一路”倡议和国际产能合作,加强全球地质矿产数据库的建设势在必行。本文针对扫描图件数字化和已收集矢量库的入库,分别建立了一套基于数据驱动的境外地质矿产数据入库技术流程。结合多个地质矿产数据入库实例,探讨了如何依托ArcGIS平台相关功能实现矢量化、属性录入、地图整饰等阶段的快速入库,旨在解决地质矿产数据库建设过程中数据处理效率低、出错率高等关键技术问题,提高入库质量,为中资企业“走出去”提供精准服务。
Under the guidance of the construction of the“Belt and Road”and international production capacity cooperation,it is imperative to strengthen the construction of the global geological and mineral databases.To focus on the digitization of scanned maps and the storage of the collected vector library,a set of data-driven technical flow of overseas geological and mineral data warehousing was established respectively.Based on multiple geological and mineral data storage instances,this paper discussed how to rely on the related functions of the ArcGIS platform to achieve rapid warehousing of vectorization,attribute entry generation,map finishing and other stages.It solved the key technical problems such as low data processing efficiency as well as high error rate during the construction of the geological and mineral database.It also improved the quality of warehousing,and provided accurate services for Chinese enterprises to“go out”.
