摘要
BOXA型载流X荧光矿浆品位分析仪是由矿冶科技集团有限公司自主研发的在线矿浆品位实时测量仪器,随着最近几年市场工作取得进展,销售数量越来越多,采用传统电话回访,现场售后服务回访已不满足现阶段售后服务要求,由于其服务还涉及到数据分析,模型建立及考察,核心部件维护等工作,与传统售后服务工作有很大区别,有必要为其建立云服务系统,并基于云服务系统开发远程监控及数据分析应用,借助于此系统还可以有针对性的制定备品备件计划,保证设备可靠运转的同时获得初次销售后更多的利润,以支撑完善的技术服务工作。
BOXA on-stream X-ray fluorescence grade analyzer is an online pulp grade real-time measuring instrument independently developed by BGRIMM Technology Group.With the progress of market work in recent years,the number of sales is increasing.The traditional telephone return visit and the return visit of on-site has not met the requirements of after-sales service at this stage.Because its service also involves data analysis,model building etc.,It is necessary to establish a cloud service system,develop remote monitoring and data analysis applications based on the cloud service system.With the help of this system,we can also ensure the equipment operates without failure and make spare parts plans,obtain more profits after the initial sale,so as to support the perfect technical service work.
