摘要
运用多维立体型组织结构理论,设计天津医科大学总医院医联体模式。多维立体型组织结构有效地明确了医联体成员间隶属关系,有利于建立合理的成本效益核算体系,有利于医联体宏观管理,有利于实现医联体长期全方位合作。通过天津医科大学总医院医联体模式设计案例分析,多维立体型组织结构适用于跨区域、复杂性医联体组织结构设计。
The medical consortium model of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital was designed based on the theory of multi-dimensional vertical organizational structure.The multi-dimensional vertical structure effectively defines the membership relationship among medical consortium members,which is conducive to the establishment of a reasonable cost-benefit accounting system,the macro-management of medical consortium,and the realization of long-term all-round cooperation among medical consortium members.Based on the case study of medical consortium design in Tianjin Medical University General Hospital,the multi-dimensional vertical structure is suitable for the design of cross-regional and complex medical consortium.
