摘要
目的研究综合医院新冠肺炎等呼吸道传染病流行下普通就诊患者及需特殊诊疗患者的隔离方式。方法综合国内外同类型医院及综合医院实际情况,对比不同隔离方式的优缺点,总结出不同情况就诊患者的最佳隔离方式。结果门急诊、住院可疑新冠肺炎等呼吸道传染病非重症患者直接引导至发热门诊进行隔离筛查,重症不宜转运者就地隔离;急诊、妇产科等急需手术的新冠肺炎可疑或情况不明患者直接进入负压手术间隔离手术,术后转入统一隔离病区进行隔离筛查。结论结合患者病情和医院隔离条件,第一时间选择最佳隔离方式有利于保证患者安全的前提下有效控制传染源,并防止院内交叉感染发生。
Objective Investigate the isolation methods of general hospital patients who need ordinary consultation or special treatment during the epidemic of respiratory infections such as the COVID-19 in general hospitals.Methods Based on the actual situation of the same type of hospitals at home and abroad and general hospital,the advantages and disadvantages of different isolation methods were compared,and the best isolation methods for patients visiting in different situations were summarized.Results Non-severe patients with suspected respiratory infectious diseases such as COVID-19 in outpatient,emergency and hospitalization were directly guided to the fever clinic for isolation and screening,and those who were severely unsuitable for transport were isolated in situ.The patients suspected or unknown of COVID-19 but in urgent need of surgery in emergency department,obstetrics and gynecology,etc.went directly to negative pressure surgery room for isolation surgery.Postoperative transfer to unified isolation ward for isolation screening.Conclusion Based on the patient′s condition and hospital isolation conditions,choosing the best isolation method at the first time is conducive to effectively controlling the source of infection while ensuring the safety of patients,and preventing cross-infection in the hospital.
